Connecting to 2000 mssql database using mssql 2008

1. key in ip address/username/password for the database

2. expand database, if can see all, ok

3. otherwise, either 'F7' or view->object explorer details ->click on database

4. right click on either the 'name' or 'policy health state' or 'recovery model' or ...... uncheck 'collation'.
